Privacy Policy
This policy describes how Sunset Works s.r.o. (Czechia, EU, VAT ID CZ24529044) handles personal data on pickaire.com (the “Site”) and in connection with selling the Pickaire plugin.
1. What this Site collects
- Analytics. The Site uses Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) with Google Consent Mode. By default — until you accept analytics cookies in the banner — measurement runs in anonymized, cookieless mode (aggregate pings without persistent identifiers). If you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies and processes your truncated IP address and device information under Google's privacy policy. Either way, we use this data only for aggregate statistics, never to identify you. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider (websupport.sk) keeps standard web-server logs for security and operations.
- Support email. If you write to support@sunsetworks.cz, we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to help you and meet legal obligations.
2. Purchases
Checkout is operated by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Your payment details, billing information and license records are processed by Lemon Squeezy under their own privacy policy. We receive order metadata (product, email, license status) needed to deliver the plugin, send the license key, and provide support.
3. License checks & downloads
When you download the plugin or your site checks for updates, our server receives the request including your license key and IP address (standard server logs). License keys are validated against Lemon Squeezy. We log only a short key prefix, never full keys.
4. What the plugin itself does with data
The plugin runs on your store and is configured by you — for shoppers on your store, you are the data controller. By design, the plugin's AI prompts contain product data and what the visitor typed — never WordPress user IDs, emails, order history or IP addresses. Rate limiting uses salted hashes; conversations auto-purge after a configurable retention period (30 days by default). The plugin registers suggested privacy-policy text in WordPress to help you update your own store's policy.
5. Legal bases & your rights (GDPR)
We process data to perform our contract with you (delivery, licensing, support), to comply with legal obligations, and on legitimate interest (site security, aggregate analytics). You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. 6. Retention
Order and invoicing records are retained as required by tax law. Support correspondence is kept while relevant. Analytics are aggregate and contain no personal identifiers.
