You bring your own AI key (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini or any compatible service) and pay the provider directly — Pickaire adds no markup. Built-in spending caps protect you at every level: per conversation, per visitor and per day for the whole site. When the daily cap is reached, the chat simply pauses until tomorrow and you get an email. Costs can never run away.
Will it hallucinate products or prices?
It can't, by design. The AI never invents products: every card a shopper sees — name, price, image, link — comes straight from your WooCommerce catalog, and it can only recommend products that actually exist there. Built-in compatibility rules filter out unsuitable products before the AI even sees them.
Does it work with my theme and caching setup?
Classic themes get the form via the standard product-summary hook, block themes via a Gutenberg block, page builders via shortcode — and if none of those rendered, an automatic sidebar fallback kicks in, so the advisor can never silently show nothing. It's safe under full-page caching (Cloudflare, LiteSpeed, WP Rocket…) because no nonce is baked into cached HTML.
How good are the answers?
Honest answer: it depends on your product data and the AI model you choose. Good descriptions and attributes get great answers. That's why every answer ends with a short “double-check this” note instead of pretending to be infallible.
What happens when my license expires?
